I hate writing a negative review because I'm such a huge supporter of small business owners and local businesses but this company has left the worst taste in my mouth. Terrible customer service. Owner replied to my Yelp review and put the blame on me for my bad experience there. I give excellent reviews to deserving businesses. Management is unprofessional, they're overpriced and I would encourage you to look elsewhere for your automotive needs. Sad because I'm trying to find a local shop to maintence all of our vehicles now they we have moved to this area.
It seems fine. Service decent. Kind of a grumpy dude at the register. TV, coffee in the waiting room.
I have changed my review because Laura called and has great customer service! They admitted that mistakes were made and did correct those mistakes. We are going to continue to take our vehicles here now. I'm glad to see that al complaints are taken seriously and really try to save our long standing relationship with them!!! Because of you fixed your mistake and chewed out the man that over charged my sister I'm switching my rating to 5 star. It takes a lot to admit and fix a wrong done by an employee so thank you Levin tire management for being honest and helpful.
